Sunday, 1/1/2006 Happy New Year 2006! Our first focus is to get our positive feedback percentage to a solid 98%. We got 12 negatives! As we did our best to deal with growing pains, and as we tried several auction and sales management and automation tools, we dropped the ball on several buyers items, but we are working to make these buyers happy. We are not doing this to rip anyone off! We have settled on ChannelAdvisor as an auction and sales management tool now, but it will need some custom programming done so that it is as automated as we want it to be. So in order for us to reach 98% positive feedback, we need to work hard to earn 230 positives from unique bidders and no negatives. We can do it! Saturday, 12/31/2005 As we enter the New Year of 2006, our family has decided to make eBay our main business! Up to now, we have conducted eBay sales as a part-time hobby in order to make extra money. But over the last few months, we have gotten very close to becoming an eBay PowerSeller! We have just revamped our eBay store and customer support systems here in our offices and will be making even more improvements soon, including the addition of literally thousands of new military and government issue items! We look forward to a successful 2006 with you, our very important customers, and we thank you for your business! Wednesday, 12/21/2005 We will be on vacation in sunny Phoenix, Arizona over the Christmas holiday. It will be nice to get away from all this rain and fog in the San Francisco Bay Area! We will be back on December 29. 2005 and will get all orders packed and shipped as soon as we get home! Thank you for your patience and your continued business! Thursday, 12/8/2005 We attended the eBay Town Hall Meeting tonight at eBay's headquarters. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Cobb and shaking his hand (he even got me a can of Coke from the employee break room!). The evening was very informative, and we met a LOT of eBay PowerSellers. This evening has really gotten us thinking seriously about making eBay a full-time business for our family!
